Quality Standards

How We Qualify Personal Injury Leads

Lead qualification is the foundation of a successful campaign. Conecme works with each law firm to establish case criteria that match their practice focus, geographic coverage, and intake capacity. Qualification parameters are configurable per campaign — not one-size-fits-all.

Common Qualification Criteria

The specific criteria for each campaign are determined during setup. Common parameters include:

Recent Accident

The accident occurred within a timeframe appropriate for the applicable statute of limitations.

Physical Injury

The claimant reports sustaining a physical injury as a result of the accident.

Medical Treatment

The claimant has received, is receiving, or is willing to seek medical treatment for their injuries.

Fault Assessment

Based on initial self-reporting, the claimant was not primarily at fault for the accident.

Insurance Coverage

The at-fault party had active automobile insurance or other applicable coverage.

No Current Attorney

The claimant does not currently have legal representation for this matter.

Contact Verification

The claimant provides a working phone number and/or email address that can be verified.

Geographic Match

The accident occurred in a geographic area served by the buying law firm.

Police Report

Where applicable, a police report was filed for the accident (criteria varies by campaign).

Buyer-Specific Criteria

Firms can define additional requirements based on their specific practice focus and case preferences.

Lead Validation & Rejected Leads

Not every lead will perfectly match your criteria. When a lead does not meet the agreed-upon qualifications, firms should report the issue promptly with specific reasons for rejection.

Common rejection reasons include: lead does not answer or respond, claimant already has an attorney, accident date is outside the agreed range, claimant was at fault, injuries do not meet minimum criteria, or the lead is a duplicate.

Replacement or credit policies vary by campaign agreement and should be discussed during campaign setup. Clear, consistent reporting from your intake team helps improve lead quality over time.

Define Your Qualification Criteria

Every firm has different case requirements. Let us configure a campaign that matches your specific intake needs.
